PERMANENT MAKEUP IN RIJEKA

No harsh lines. No overdone look.

Powder Brows, Lip Blush and Lash Line Enhancement — designed to enhance your features, not change them.

First — the result you want.
Then — the shape, shade and technique.

Перманентний макіяж брів
POWDER BROWS

When you redraw the shape every morning.

The tail is too short. The brows look too light. Without a pencil, the shape seems to disappear.

Powder Brows add soft definition and visual fullness without creating a harsh, drawn-on effect.

Shape, shade and intensity are tailored to your facial proportions, natural brow growth and the level of definition you prefer.

Immediately after the treatment, the brows appear darker and more defined. As they heal, the shade softens.

Brows should frame your face.

Not compete with it.

⸻

LIP BLUSH

When you want colour — without the look of permanent lipstick.

Lip Blush helps even out the natural lip tone, add a fresher look and softly define the contour.

No heavy, opaque colour.

No creating a new shape beyond your natural lip border.

And no promises of adding volume with pigment — Lip Blush is designed for a different purpose.

The colour appears more intense immediately after the treatment. As the lips heal, it softens significantly and gradually settles.

Not new lips.

Yours — just a little more defined.

⸻

LASH LINE ENHANCEMENT

When you want more definition around the eyes — without applying eyeliner every morning.

Pigment is placed between the lashes to create the appearance of a fuller, more defined lash line.

This is not a bold, graphic eyeliner effect.

A well-executed Lash Line Enhancement should still look refined when you are wearing no other makeup.

The focus stays on your eyes.

Not on the permanent makeup itself.

IF YOUR PERMANENT MAKEUP WAS DONE 7–10 YEARS AGO

Permanent makeup from that period can be very different from the techniques used today.

Older procedures often used different pigment systems and denser pigment implantation. Pigment was sometimes placed more deeply and with greater saturation, which is why it may remain visible in the skin for many years.

Over time, the colour can shift towards grey, blue or red, become cooler in tone, remain overly saturated or sit outside the shape you would choose today.

The key point is simple:

New pigment does not erase pigment that is already in the skin.

If the existing colour is still strong, it will influence the new result. Adding more pigment over it can create a darker, denser or less predictable outcome.

If the existing pigment is heavily saturated or has changed colour, it first needs to be assessed by your PMU artist. In many cases, the appropriate first step is to lighten or remove the existing pigment before creating new permanent makeup.

Modern techniques are built around a different aesthetic:

less saturation. softer transitions. a more natural result.

Sometimes the best first step towards new permanent makeup is removing what is already there.

⸻

TOUCH-UP & REFRESH

A touch-up is not about correcting a mistake.

It is a normal part of the permanent makeup process.

Everyone’s skin retains pigment differently. After healing, the colour becomes softer, and some areas may retain slightly more or less pigment than others.

That is why the result is assessed once the skin has fully healed.

For Powder Brows and Lip Blush, the touch-up is performed 1–3 months after the initial treatment.

If needed, your PMU artist refines the shade, saturation or specific areas.

It is the second stage of the initial treatment.

Not a “repair” of a bad result.

A Refresh is different.

It is a later treatment designed to refresh healed permanent makeup once the pigment has gradually become softer and lighter.

As a general guide, this is around 8–12 months, but the timing is individual and depends on how the pigment has healed and faded in your skin.

Not because the calendar says it is time.

Because the result genuinely needs refreshing.

⸻

“WHAT IF IT’S TOO MUCH?”

Too dark.

Too bright.

Too obvious.

It is one of the most common — and completely understandable — concerns before permanent makeup.

That is exactly why we do not start with a template.

Show us what you like.

And even better — show us what you definitely do not want.

You do not need to understand pigments or techniques.

You decide how you want the result to look.

Your PMU artist chooses the shape, shade and technique.

⸻

NOT MORE MAKEUP. MORE PRECISION.

Powder Brows.

Lip Blush.

Lash Line Enhancement.

Three different areas. One approach:

enhance what is already yours — and know when to stop.
